2. Someone requests money for goods over payment schemes such as Western Union, M-pesa or Zap
- These payment methods are unsecured and there is no way to trace your money. Conduct business in this way at your own risk
- Bait items for such transactions are Flat Screen TVs, Laptops, Cell Phones, etc but can be almost anything.
- The price for such bait items always seems to be good to be true
3. Someone asks for partial payment upfront and will then ship the goods
Always transact for goods in person He/She says he/She trusts you with partial payment He/She may say he/She has already shipped the goods Deal often sounds too good to be true, better check and double check
